Bicol express! Gahhh, pork + coconut milk + lots of chilies! I was once a young lad who shied away from spicy food but no, not anymore. I trained myself last summer by gradually adding heat into my food until I can endure just enough to enjoy dipping my isaw into chili-laden vinegar and not drink water afterwards! What a feat, eh? Kidding. Haha! :))
We brought home more of this stuff. They sell frozen versions which you can bring home as pasalubong so have a coleman ready.
